No worries! All of the Sweatsonic workouts can be done with minimal equipment, typically just some dumbbells. If you're exercising from home, all you'll need are some medium/light dumbbells. If you're at a gym, they'll definitely have everything you'll ever need. Our goal is to make fitness accessible and convenient, no matter where you are.

No, you don't! We have hundreds of workouts and several programs that are ideal for any fitness level. You can choose from our programs according to your current level and then progress from there. Additionally, we will eventually implement the ability for you to create and save your own workout playlists to your profile, making it even easier to tailor your fitness journey to your needs.
